Reviews
Soluna is one of my favorite restaurants. Originally I came in just for the Chispas but the food is equally as good as the drinks. The Guava Chispa is one of the many flavors that I like, they also have mango, strawberry, prickly pear, cucumber and many more I am not remembering. For their food I have had the chance to try several dishes but my favorite is always their enchiladas. Not only is this place great for dinner but also great for just some delicious appetizers and drinks. In regard to their service every waiter I have had has been friendly and extremely helpful in recommendations of the menu.
I've ALWAYS loved it here & everytime I've visited it's always so delicious and staff is very welcoming, the ambiance is very fancy but chill, I always get the enchiladas soluna THEE BEST!!! They're 3 different flavors of enchiladas on 1 plate so very delicious, I've even picked them up on the go.. their alcoholic drinks are amazing! Very well made the owner and his son are very humble and sweet. I enjoy my time here everytime I come. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food
I went there with a large group of friends, the restaurant had just opened for the day and already very busy and short staffed. We waited a while before our server took our drink orders but the drinks and food did arrive more quickly than I had expected. I ordered a couple of tacos, ala carte, they were ok, I felt they needed a little more flavor or some sauce. Overall it seemed everyone was fairly happy with their food and drinks. The parking lot seems large but there are a lot of storefronts in this area so parking was quite challenging. As far as seating in the restaurant, it is actually quite large with a lot of indoor and outdoor seating areas. If you have a large party be aware that they do not take reservations and they will not seat you until your whole party has arrived.
Gallardo was a wonderful server. He made some great recommendations and I got the chispa top shelf margarita. Delicious. Parking can be crazy as they are a shared lot with several businesses and the place gets packed quickly.
The wife and I went to Soluna on Saturday afternoon for lunch and we were blown away. Up front we have been wanting to visit in order to try the Chispas. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and chose to sit outside (I'm glad the heaters were on ). Our waitress immediately brought over chips and salsa and took our Chispas drink order. The restaurant was busy but not overly packed. Everyone in the restaurant was very friendly. The wife ordered the chile relleno and I ordered the un poquito de todo. It didn't take long for our food to come and it tasted great. We look forward to coming back in the evening.
